Return & Exchange Terms
If you don’t like something, return it. No questions asked as long as the items you purchased are not part of our outlet or labeled as no refund/exchange.
We want our customers to know we stand behind our products and what better way to do that than tell them there are no hidden shipping costs and no cumbersome return process. If something isn’t working for you. You have 30 days after your purchase to return it and tell us how it can be improved.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear, makeup/ tanner stains etc.) with all the tags on and in the original packaging.
Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted. All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
Returns and exchanges will take place once we receive the original package from purchaser back in our warehouse safely, undamaged and eligible (above terms).
***Please let us know at email@example.com which products you want to return and if you want to exchange them for other items or refund.
***Please include a copy of your invoice with the return shipment.
***The cost for return shipping will be paid by us.
Note: a return package is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures your package.
